Welcome to my newly designed blog! That goofy character up there in the banner is the main character in my newest favorite anime, Niea_7 (Nee-yah Under 7). She's a naughty, lazy, freeloading alien who sometimes collects junk with which she makes UFOs. Hehe. This design update was made on the last day of August. The 'Ber months are here! I ordered tickets to LOTR from one of the 4 groups holding premieres for it here in Manila, the Celadon from the Ateneo. But, my contact hasn't been replying to my emails! I'm getting worried. I don't want to wait too long and end up with nothing. Anyhoo, was able to find more tickets from another group, who's showing it a day earlier, too. But, I'll give my Ateneo contact a chance...until Wednesday. If by then still no reply, I go with the other one. I think that's fair enough. New find on the internet: A LOTR e-book from thissite. Go! Alright, I've just uploaded the preview of the RK OAV. I hope those who download it will get it to work. :-) The zipped file is here. Ok, as a tribute to the upcoming release of the Fellowship of the Rings movie, I've changed my desktop decor from Rurouni Kenshin motif back to Lord of the Rings! Actually, my desktop has always been adorned by LOTR stuff until I got hooked on RK a few months back. It was RK that booted LOTR out for a while. But, since I'm really excited about the movie, I've reinstalled my LOTR desktop theme (which I downloaded from this site. It's got a really nice slide show screensaver, too. And...December seems to be my month talaga, not only because of my birthday :-) and LOTR, but also because of the new RK OAV which is being released this month, too! I've seen the preview and it looks interesting, although there seems to be a lot of flashbacks. But, Enishi's there, too, so that should be nice to watch since it's never before been animated. It doesn't appear to be the entire Jinchuu, though. But, nonetheless, it's something to watch out for.
